Undress to your comfort level. You are fully draped under warm sheets throughout your session, with only the active focus area uncovered.

▶ What happens during my first session?

We begin with a brief intake to discuss your health goals and target areas. Your therapist tailors pressure and modalities for maximum comfort and relief.

▶ What is your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we may accommodate other clients needing care.

▶ How are rooms sanitized?

All linens are single-use and washed with eco-friendly detergent. Tables and room surfaces are thoroughly sanitized after every single appointment.

▶ Is parking available?Yes! Dedicated guest parking is located behind our studio in San Diego, along with free street parking right out front.

Yes! We have complimentary parking available in the lot adjacent to the studio. Street parking is also available on the surrounding streets.
